The Oaks Barns Complex
A newly renovated, beautiful site compromising of two neighbouring barns, welcome to The Oaks Barns Complex. In total there are six bedrooms spread across the barns which can sleep up to 12 guests. Additionally, up to two dogs are welcome to stay for free. Each barn has their own enclosed garden leading off through patio doors from the lounge area. The gardens are fenced with a locked gate, accessible from the gated driveway.
The main barn has 4 bedrooms, a large living area downstairs containing an open plan and modern kitchen, perfect for entertaining or celebrating a special occasion with the 12 seater dining table. There is large corner sofa around the log burner. Spiral stairs lead to a mezzanine floor which has sofa space for all 12 guests to relax in and play games.
Next door in The Piggery (the smaller barn) there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The Piggery comes complete with its own open plan kitchen and dining area complete with corner sofa and log burner.
Both barns have floor to ceiling windows across one wall bringing in plenty of light. In addition, both Barns come with their own hot tubs. The main barn has a 7 seater tub in the garden and a fire pit under an enclosed seating area. The Piggery comes with a 4 seater hot tub set in the garden.
The hosts love dogs and have a beautiful cocker spaniel called Narlah who has road tested the barns and gives them the thumbs up!

This is a self-catering accommodation with kitchens available in both barns. In total, there are 6 bedrooms in total (4 bed and 2 bed) across the two barns.

The Oaks Barns Complex is based in a fantastic location, just 25 minutes from Southampton, Winchester and Portsmouth and 45 minutes from Bournemouth. It is a great base for exploring the South Coast. There is plenty of exploring to be done with your dog, whether it be a walk from the barn or a drive to the beach or country park.
