Accommodation
The Farmhouse @ The Grange has premium furnishings and gorgeous interiors throughout. There are two stylish living rooms to choose from both with comfortable sofas and flat screen TVs to ensure you have a fantastic place to relax.
Traditional in style, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals easily. Also sharing this space is the dining area which includes a large dining table and white dining chairs. With exposed beams and a vaulted ceiling, the dining area is a great place to enjoy quality time with your loved ones.
The Farmhouse has 7 bedrooms in total. There is an ensuite twin bedroom located on the ground floor with an accessible shower. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. Featuring a four poster king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a roll top bath and a walk in shower, the master bedroom is a beautiful space. Sleeping 3 guests, the next ensuite bedroom has a king and a single. Two additional twin rooms and two king bedrooms complete the bedrooms.
Also located on the first floor, the family bathroom has a freestanding bathtub, walk in shower, WC and basin.
Outside you’ll have access to a large garden which has outdoor furniture and a hot tub. Perfect for alfresco dining and soaking up the sunshine, this is an added bonus!
All cottages and properties at The Grange have access to their large, shared, communal gardens. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and have their own privacy however these are not private to each property nor are they fully enclosed so please be aware of this.

After a day at the beach, tuck into traditional fish and chips or enjoy a refreshing beer in one of the local pubs, 6 of which are within walking distance of the cottage!
An outdoor lover’s paradise, the village is bursting with wildlife and stunning views. Here you’ll find one of the biggest and most accessible mainland nesting colonies of the gannet, plus many other seabirds! A dream landscape for hikers, you can travel from Bempton Cliffs to Flamborough Head with panoramic views of the coast.
Flamborough is within 30 minutes’ drive time of Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough so you can explore the Yorkshire coastline easily during your stay.
The closest train station is Bempton which is a short 5 minute drive from The Farmhouse and has routes to Scarborough and Hull.
There are a number of bus stops in Flamborough. Hop on the East Yorkshire 14 bus route to travel easily to Bridlington.

Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
There is free on site parking for four vehicles.

- 25% deposit upon booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- If you make your booking within 60 days of arrival, full payment will be take upon booking.
- If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, any funds taken will be refunded in full.
- Should you cancel between 60 days and 30 days of your arrival date, you will be liable for 50% of the full booking value.
- Cancellations inside 30 days are non-refundable.
- No security deposit taken however when your booking is confirmed, you will be asked to verify using the accommodation providers verification partner called ‘Superhog’. This is a free service and covers owners for any accidental damage. You will receive a link to Superhog within your booking confirmation email and the lead guest simply verifies using ID.
- A £25 management fee and a cleaning fee is in addition to the accommodation rate. This will be sent to you with your holiday quote.
The Grange is home to five dog friendly cottages in Flamborough – Gannet, Guillemot, Kittiwake, Puffin and Razorbill – plus The Farmhouse & The Pheasantry. It has a maximum capacity of 35 guests so if you are looking for a stay for a large group, there are often opportunities to rent all properties at The Grange together.
