Mercure Kenwood Hall Hotel & Spa
Dating back to the 1840’s, Kenwood Hall was once the family home of George Wostenholme – the master cutler of the Sheffield steel industry at the time. Located in the leafy suburb of Nether Edge, the hotel is located just 1 mile from the city centre but feels like it’s in the middle of the countryside. You and your dog can enjoy both the buzz of city life as well as the total escape of the countryside together. Mercure Kenwood Hall Hotel & Spa is set on 12 acres of gardens and has it’s own nature trail, perfect for a dog friendly break.
Guests can also book spa treatments (subject to availability, booking in advance required). Do note that the Mercure Kenwood Hall Hotel & Spa building is historic and some parts of it are not easily accessible.
Wine & Dine
The lounge bar is available to dine in with dogs and has a lovely menu available. The Lakeview Restaurant is only available to service dogs but you can choose to have the Lakeview menu in the bar area. If the weather is nice, you can choose to dine alfresco on the terrace overlooking the lake.
The Lakeview Restaurant – offers modern British cuisine and caters for a wide range of tastes and allergies. There is also a selection of dishes suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Do note, this restaurant is not dog friendly.
The Lounge Bar – has a typical bar menu available and again, caters for a wide range of tastes and allergies. There is also a selection of dishes suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The Lounge Bar is dog friendly.
