With a neutral colour scheme and quality finishing throughout, Kittiwake Cottage has a refined and stylish look. When booking this holiday home, you’ll have full access to the property which includes a kitchen diner, living room, two bedrooms, a family bathroom and a backyard with outdoor furniture.
The kitchen perfectly combines modern and traditional with white wooden cabinets and a minimalist design. You’ll have everything you could need to prepare meals easily during your stay as the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware. Sharing this space is the dining area which features a light wooden table and black wooden chairs. The property also has a cosy living room with comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV making it perfect for relaxing.
Take the stairs up to the first floor and you’ll find two bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a double bed and the second bedroom is a twin. Both bedrooms have premium bed linens and ample storage space. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and vanity unit.
Outside you’ll find a spacious patio with outdoor furniture. Perfect for al fresco dining and unwinding in the sunshine, this outside space is a real added bonus!
All cottages and properties at The Grange have access to their large, shared, communal gardens. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and have their own privacy however these are not private to each property nor are they fully enclosed so please be aware of this.

Kittiwake Cottage is located in the beautiful coastal village of Flamborough. Surrounded by white cliffs and boasting long sandy shores, it is postcard perfect. Whether you want to relax on the sands, have a go at kite-surfing or enjoy a spot of rock pooling, a day at the beach is loved by the whole family.
After a day at the beach, tuck into traditional fish and chips or enjoy a refreshing beer in one of the local pubs, 6 of which are within walking distance of the cottage!
An outdoor lover’s paradise, the village is bursting with wildlife and stunning views. Here you’ll find one of the biggest and most accessible mainland nesting colonies of the gannet, plus many other seabirds including the kittiwake! A dream landscape for hikers, you can travel from Bempton Cliffs to Flamborough Head with panoramic views of the coast.
Flamborough is within 30 minutes’ drive time of Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough so you can explore the Yorkshire coastline easily during your stay.
The closest train station is Bempton which is a short 5 minute drive from the cottage and has routes to Scarborough and Hull.
There are a number of bus stops in Flamborough. Hop on the East Yorkshire 14 bus route to travel easily to Bridlington.

The Grange is home to five dog friendly cottages in Flamborough – Gannet, Guillemot, Kittiwake, Puffin and Razorbill – plus The Farmhouse and The Pheasantry. It has a maximum capacity of 35 guests so if you are looking for a stay for a large group, there are often opportunities to rent all properties at The Grange together. Please send us an email with your preferred dates for availability and prices.

Other
- 25% deposit upon booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- If you make your booking within 60 days of arrival, full payment will be take upon booking.
- If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, any funds taken will be refunded in full.
- Should you cancel between 60 days and 30 days of your arrival date, you will be liable for 50% of the full booking value.
- Cancellations inside 30 days are non-refundable.
- No security deposit taken however when your booking is confirmed, you will be asked to verify using the accommodation providers verification partner called ‘Superhog’. This is a free service and covers owners for any accidental damage. You will receive a link to Superhog within your booking confirmation email and the lead guest simply verifies using ID.
- A £25 management fee and a cleaning fee is in addition to the accommodation rate. This will be sent to you with your holiday quote.
