Dog friendly cottage, The Coach House is a large, annexe linked to The Old Rectory just north of Lincoln City. Built in 1837 and despite its age, The Old Rectory typifies styling of the Georgian era. It is located in a quiet village in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. offering a home from home experience and a glimpse of peaceful rural life.
A complimentary welcome pack will be waiting on arrival which includes some essentials to enjoy while you settle in including Milk, Tea, Coffee, Bread, Plum Loaf, Butter, Jam, Marmalade and a bottle of wine. In addition, the four legged friends also have a welcome pack containing treats. Bowls, blankets, towels and throws are also available to help your dog them feel at home and settle in.

Accommodation
The Coach House can accommodate up to 6 guests in three double bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with en-suite. For babies and toddlers there is a travel cot, bed guard, stairgate and highchair available. You will find towels, bed linen, hair dryer, hangers and toilet rolls are also included in your stay.
The kitchen comes complete with all the appliances you would expect including washing machine and dryer, refrigerator, mini fridge and freezer, oven, stove and microwave. Also included are dishes and silverware, dishwasher, washing machine tablets and cooking essentials. You will be pleased to find there is a BBQ Grill and utensils available to you.
Throughout the Cottage there is WIFI and an ethernet connection, Cable TV hot water and heating as expected and in addition, ceiling and portable fans for the warmer seasons.

Lincoln City, a 15 minute drive, as well as Cadwell Park, Market Rasen Racecourse and the East Coast Seaside with dog friendly beaches.
